Robert Miller founded Millco Investments in 1999. Robert Miller is responsible for the day to day operations of the business and is involved in all aspects of the company including, brokerage, investments, client relations, financing and property management. Robert Miller was named Retail Real Estate Investment Sales Broker of the Year in 2004, 2006-2008 by the Chicago Commercial Real Estate Council (a division of the Chicago Association of Realtors®) and named among the top 10 producing real estate brokers in the greater Chicago area by CoStar®. He has completed in excess of $1 billion in real estate transactions during his 17+ years of experience in the real estate brokerage and investment marketplace.

Robert Miller has sold, leased, or redeveloped includes Single Tenant Net-Lease Properties, Apartment Buildings, Single Family Houses, Shopping Centers, Special Purpose, Manufactured Home Communities, Limited Partnerships, Tenant in Common transactions. In addition, Robert is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois. He received his BA from the University of Wisconsin — Madison, in 1990, and has attended continuing education courses at New York University and Real Estate Educations courses from the CCIM Institute and Real Estate Education Company. Robert donates regularly to several philanthropic charities, including Juvenile Diabetes, JUF, Breast Cancer, and GIRF and is a board member for the Goldman Philanthropic Partnership to Fight Catastrophic Diseases.

Some Highlights of his accomplishments include:

January 2004 — October 2005 – Finalized Sale-Leaseback acquisition and disposition of $21 Million Arby’s restaurant portfolio located in Chicago, Indiana and Colorado.

March 2004 — April 2005 — Millco finalizes sale of 25 unit Burger King Portfolio to a variety of individual investors on behalf of Captec Financial. Total Sales Volume — in excess of $35,000,000

7/29/2004 — White Hen Pantry Portfolio — Millco Investments successfully executes sale-leaseback sale of 35 company owned convenience stores to variety of individual investors — total sales volume approximately $35,000,000.

12/27/2002 Walgreen — 3025 S. Las Vegas Boulevard — Las Vegas, NV – $21,300,000 sale — On behalf of Angelo Gordon and Co- Robert Miller executed the most expensive Walgreen Sale to date.

May 13, 2002 — Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club — On behalf of Chicago area developer. Millco Investments executes sale of 259,302 square foot retail property for $28,200,000

June 1997 — 57,000 square foot Sportmart Building – 620 N. LaSalle Street, Chicago, IL —Executes sale of high profile 620 N. LaSalle Street for MC Sporting Goods.

Robert Miller frequently consults to investors, banks, REITTS, Insurance Companies, attorneys and accountants. Some of Millco’s existing and previous clientele include, JP Morgan-Chase/Bank One, Angelo Gordon & Company, Captec Financial and Fidelity Investments.
